Couples Therapy

Whether you are looking to strengthen your relationship or reflect on important decisions, couple therapy offers a supportive space to explore what matters to each partner.

My training in Couple and Family Psychotherapy includes work with psychosomatics, psychosexuality, addictions and their impact on the family system, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), divorce processes, and forgiveness therapy.

This integrative approach allows me to work with couple relationships while honoring the body, emotions, and the unique personal history each partner brings.

Goals are defined together and may include:
• Communication and conflict patterns
• Emotional dynamics and intimacy
• The impact of stress, trauma, or addiction
• Relationship transitions and important life decisions
• Processes of forgiveness, trust, or conscious separation

Interventions are adapted to each couple’s unique dynamic, supporting clarity, understanding, and respectful decision-making.
