My Professional Path

After a period of continuing my legal career, I entered a phase of inner exploration that naturally deepened my connection to psychology through courses and professional training.

The birth of my two children brought the clarity needed to pursue a degree in Psychology — a change that required time and courage.

I am a psychologist, somatic therapist, and psychotherapist specialized in Couple and Family Therapy (in training) with a strong commitment to ongoing personal and professional growth.

In July 2024, I completed the three-year training in Somatic Experiencing®, a body-oriented therapeutic approach developed by Dr. Peter A. Levine.

I am currently involved as an Assistant in the Somatic Experiencing® Romania training program, offering support and guidance to enrolled students.

I have also completed the international training in Integral Somatic Psychotherapy™ (ISP), developed by Dr. Raja Selvam.

My way of working is shaped by both my professional training and life experience, offering a grounded and realistic understanding of relationships and emotional processes.

I place emphasis on:

the therapeutic relationship
the relationship with self
the relationship with others
which I consider essential in the process of healing, growth, and transformation.

My approach is holistic, grounded in the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit.

I integrate validated somatic methods to support:
