I’m a Clinical Psychologist and Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner,
specializing in Couple and Family Psychotherapy
and certified in Integral Somatic Psychotherapy™ (ISP)
I support individuals with anxiety, stress, or trauma, in reconnecting with their bodies, emotions and relationships, building self-trust, and living more fully.
Using a holistic, body-oriented and trauma-informed approach, I work with people from diverse cultures and life stages on challenges such as:

- Trauma and emotional regulation
- Personality patterns and relationship difficulties
- Burnout and work-related stress

My Professional Path
Guided by a sense of justice, I began my career in Law, earning a Master’s degree in European Law in Italy. Working in multicultural environments and collaborating with NGOs supporting migrants and women highlighted my appreciation for personal stories and the courage required for transformation.
Meeting Psychology
This experience rekindled an earlier calling: psychology. After a period of inner exploration, the birth of my two children inspired me to pursue a degree in Psychology, a journey requiring both time and courage.
Today…
I am a Clinical Psychologist, specialized in Somatic Therapy and Couple & Family Psychotherapy. I completed the three-year Somatic Experiencing® training and the international Integral Somatic Psychotherapy™ (ISP) program by Dr. Raja Selvam.
I currently assist in the Somatic Experiencing® Romania training, supporting and guiding students, while continuing my own personal and professional growth.
